Questions
How long does a job take?
Most cleaning and upgrade jobs are done within a couple of days of receiving your PC. Builds and data work can take longer, and I will give you a time when I quote.
Do you work on laptops as well as desktops?
Yes, mostly Windows PCs. Some laptops are sealed or hard to open, so I will tell you what is possible before I start. Not sure about yours? Send a message and ask.
Is my data safe?
Cleaning and hardware upgrades do not need me to open your personal files. For bigger jobs, back up anything irreplaceable first, or book a backup with me.
What if you find a bigger problem?
I stop and tell you what I found and what it would cost, and you decide. Nothing extra is done or charged without your OK.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes. Bring your own and you pay labour only. If you would rather I source them, I supply parts at cost plus a small margin.
What is the pickup area?
I collect and return within 25 km of my workshop for $30. If you are further out, message me and we can work something out.
